Kukua has extensive experience providing company secretarial services for the last five years. She has developed an excellent track record for providing best practice corporate governance advice and support to both Management and Board for each company she serves on. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.

She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Ghana.

Driven with the passion for ensuring that organizational objectives are achieved through good corporate governance and compliance, she is an assistant company secretary at Vantage Corporate Services.

Prior to joining Vantage, she worked as a Customer Service Representative with Petra Trust Company Limited.She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Ghana with the aim of becoming a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a Chartered Secretary.
